If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and hassle-free return and refund process. 1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Time Frame: You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to offer a return or exchange.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be in new, unused, and resellable condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation (manuals, warranty cards, etc.).
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products are excluded from our return policy for health and safety reasons, such as:
    • Personal care products (e.g., Electric Vacuum Cupping Therapy Massager)
    • Items marked as "Final Sale"
    • Opened or used items (unless defective)
  • Return Authorization: All returns must be approved by our customer service team. Please contact us before sending an item back to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the product (if applicable)
  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will issue an RMA number and provide you with detailed return instructions. If your item is eligible for return, we will also provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Ship the Item Back: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging to avoid damage during return shipping. Include all accessories, manuals, and any other included materials. Ship the item to the address provided with your RMA number.

  4. Return Shipping Costs:

    • Free Returns: We offer free returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
    • Customer-Paid Shipping: If you are returning an item for reasons other than damage or defect (e.g., changing your mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If your return is approved:

  • Refund Method: We will process your refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if the returned item shows signs of use, missing parts, or damage beyond normal wear and tear. We will notify you in this case.
  • Restocking Fees: Certain items (such as large or bulky products) may incur a restocking fee if they are returned in less than new condition. You will be notified prior to any deductions from your refund.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items: If the item is defective or damaged, we will ship you a replacement free of charge.
  • Exchanges for Change of Mind: If you change your mind about your purchase, we can exchange it for another product, but you will be responsible for return shipping fees and shipping charges for the new item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

  • Proof of Damage: You may be asked to provide photos of the damage or defect. We may request that you return the damaged or defective item before issuing a replacement or refund.
  • Replacement: If your product is damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund for the item.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card provider first. Sometimes, there may be a delay in processing by the financial institution. 7. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@fantasticdeals.com. After the item has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation, but you can return the item under our standard return policy.
